Present-a-Part WSS#07 Clotheshangers and Presenting machines Present-a-Part Project by Garderob ( Jivka Dacheva,Daniela Ivanova ,Lyubomira Aleksieva) ,Felix Gramm and Bastian Goecke Produktdesign-Studenten der HfG, die sich in einem Hochschulinternen Wettbewerb qualifiziert hatten, arbeiteten auf Einladung des Goethe Instituts fünf Tage mit Modestudenten und Absolventen in Sofia. Thema des Workshops war "clotheshangers&presenting machines". Einer unserer Ansätze beschäftigte sich mit den Problemen junger Modedesigner,die ihre Arbeit noch selbst transportieren und präsentieren müssen. Für den billigen, leichten aber nicht zur Präsentation tauglichen Drahtbügel, entwickelten wir eine Lösung, die Transport, Präsentation und Packaging integriert. Die aufgerollte Kleiderhülle kann mit Druckknöpfen über den Schultern des Bügels befestigt werden. Das so entstandene konische Volumen hebt die Qualität des Bügels für die Präsentation. Betreut von BLESS ///////////////////////////// Garment bag ,made of plastic material is transformed into an usual hanger through wrapping, and modelling a volume around the shoulder part .It happens with snap buttons on two points.A simple metal hanger is inside and become a part of the new product.So the garment bag is used first to transport the clothes and after to present them (for exhibitions and fairs). A hanger made of pins and snap buttons.One part of the button is on the pin and pressed into the wall and the other part is on the clothes . That kind of hanger was used for presenting a basic shirt in which design, textile ribbons ,connected to different part of it, are used to place the shirt in the space( at the continuing epaulettes,at the end parts of the trimmings and sleeves). All these textile parts of the shirt end with one part of the button and straightened up put on the wall. The idea was when these ribbons are not hanged to be used as a part of the garment, for example making a belt or wrapped them around the sleeves. |
