1L Vase entwurfsmaschinen The 1L Vase inspired by the vast shapes of waterbottles this project is playing with creating vases that all have the same volume but are individually thus differently shaped. It is a mass customization project. I created an interface where customers can design their personal 1L Vase by setting parameters to their taste. Once a cutomer has decided on the shape - he can purchase it. In order to guarantee that he is the designer of the vase, his design will receive his name. On the collection site all the designs can be seen - all vases can be purchased, newly designed once and existing once, These are named after their designer. Joa Herrenknecht, 2006 |
